This week was a great week! We had a different schedule. We have no specials for the rest of this week. We got to bring out litterbugs to school. We learned about growing and repeating patterns. Today we read Timothy Goes to School. We also read Noisy Nora, Shy Charles, Voyage to the Bunny Planet, Bunny Cakes, and The House In The Mail. It took six months for the people who got the house to build it. We drew our own houses and shared them. We learned about the earth. Last Sunday was Joelle's birthday. It was Earth Day. Chris lost a tooth! We made a pinwheel with Mrs. McDowell. We went to the computer lab on Thursday and took a lot of A.R. tests. We also had free time in the computer lab. We are at the first table in the lunchroom. This is the last day we get to be at that table. This is the last day of CRCT for the older kids, and it's the last day for our author, Rosemary Wells. This week was a great week!
This week was very fun. We read more books by Rosemary Wells. We had "Bring a Toy Day" on Friday. We brought litter bugs and recycling stories for Earth Day. We made them out of recyclable things or trash. It was Ethan's and Joelle's birthday. On Friday we saw an opera about Dr. Seuss stories! I liked it! In math we're learning about growing patterns. That's why the week was so good.
